Gear pump

Swanand Enterprises offers positive displacement gear pumps manufactured by Vishcom Engineers & Chemicals Pvt Ltd. Vishcom pumps are mostly used in oil fired boilers, furnaces, thermic fluid systems, oil burners, machine tools, lubricating systems capable of handling non-corrosive liquids having lubricating properties or fuels such as HSD, LDO, FO, kerosene, with viscosity ranging between 2.5 to 455 CSTS and temperature up to 160 deg C. These gear pumps are currently available for delivery capacities ranging from 40 ltr/hr to 1200 ltr/hr at 10 kg/cm? pressure having spindle speed of 1440/2880 RPM in clockwise or anti-clockwise direction. All pumps are provided with built-in external bypass arrangement. The pumps can also be used with pressure release set up if needed. Though these pumps come with port hole size of ? inch BSP as a standard arrangement, pumps with 3/8 inch BSP can also be supplied if required. Provision to mount pressure/vacuum gauge is a standard feature in these pumps, which come with precision machined alloy cast iron body to enhance the pump life. Gears and such other steel components are hardened and ground to close tolerances to ensure high performance and trouble free functioning.
