Centralised Lubrication Units

Dattatray Enterprises manufacture centralised lubrication units for machine tool and plants. The unit consists of: a MS fabricated tank on which a motorised gear pump is fitted vertically; vertical float switch to give low oil level signal; air breather with filter to fill fresh oil in the unit; relief valve with motorised pump unit to set and control line pressure; face mounting oil window to indicate oil level in the tank; and, pressure/flow switch to give the low alarm signal. The standard tank capacity is 3/5/10 litres, but higher capacity tanks can be provided to suit individual requirement. The pump is driven by single/three phase (1440 RPM) electrical motor. Gear pumps are used in the units to give positive suction and delivery. The range of pump output is 0.1 to 3 litre per minutes with maximum pressure of 15 kg/cm2. Suction strainer is used in every unit. A float switch with normally open contact (1 amp, 240 V AC) is used in unit. If needed NC contact or both NO/NC contact switch can be provided. These units are most useful for machines like milling, multi drilling, CNC machines, plastic moulding, presses, rolling mills, textile machines, printing machines, spraydryers, chemical/pharmaceutical industries, gear boxes, etc.
