Sleek Pumps & Valves manufactures motorised barrel pumps in SS-316/polypropylene with the shaft made of imported Hastalloy-B2/PTFE (Teflon). The drive unit is flame proof electric motor/air motor/non FLP electric motor. The drum pumps are useful for handling solvents, LSD, HSD, lubricating oil, highly corrosive liquids as well as almost all light weight liquids used in various industries like chemical, drugs and pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, pesticides, dyes and intermediates, steel, thermal and atomic power station, refineries, etc. Available in lengths suitable for 200/250 litre barrels and also for different capacities of carboys and jerry cans. The flow rate is up to 115 LPM and head up to 25 metres. The company has also developed semi screw type SS-316 barrel pumps with 2, 3 and 5 HP, 3 phase induction motors having different speeds for handling various viscous liquids like paint, varnish, resins, glycerine, sorbitol, etc, from standard 200 litre barrels.
