Dencil Pumps, a Mumbai-based organisation, manufactures chemical metering and dosing pumps in which the prime mover"s rotary motion is transmitted to the reduction gears that are supported by high-grade taper roller bearings. The reciprocating action of plunger is obtained from crank connecting rod mechanism, which have the direct link with reduction gears. In plunger pumps the reciprocating action of the plunger produces the pumping action on process liquid. But in diaphragm pumps the plunger movement is transferred to diaphragm through hydraulic oil to produce the pumping action. The capacity can be varied from zero to a maximum by stroke length adjustment through crank. With the help of external scale reading we can find flow rate at any time. Diaphragm pumps are offered for hazardous, toxic and poisonous liquids where leakage is not at all permitted. The diaphragm pumps are offered in eight models with the flow rate of up to 10,000 LPH and maximum pressure up to 10kg/cm2. Diaphragm pumps are 100 percent leak proof pumps. Plunger pumps are offered in eight models with the flow rates up to 10,000 LPH and for maximum pressure up to 200 kg/cm2. High-grade corrosion and fatigue resistant material are used for plunger and gland packing.
