Pumps – Polypropylene/PVDF/PFA

An ISO 9000 2001 certified company, Moniba Anand Electricals is a manufacturer of domestic and industrial water purifiers and industrial pumps. The company also trades in air operated double diaphragm pumps. It offers polypropylene/PVDF/PFA pumps with the following specifications: capacity range – up to 140 m3/hr; head range – up to 49 mtr; electrical motor – up to 25 HP; sealing arrangement – Gft/ceramic; and materials of construction – volute casing, back plate and impellers are in polypropylene/PVDF. Salient features: pump shafts are available with sleeves of different materials compatible with the liquid handled; volute and impellers are in injection moulded material with smooth hydraulic passage; bare-shaft polypropylene pump used for continuous operation in process industries; monoblock pump is used for transfer application (intermediate use); vertical polypropylene pump used for lifting corrosive lying down; and sealless/glandless polypropylene pump used for handling effluent water – the leakage is recollected in the sump. Application: loading and unloading of road tankers; scrubbing of corrosive gases like Cl2 Br2, F2, I2, SO3, CO2, NH3; water and effluent treatment; electro plating pickling in steel rolling mills; filter press for dyes, descaling, caustic soda plants (chlor alkali industries); dyes and chemicals, drugs and pharmaceuticals, fertilizer plants; thermal and atomic power plants, steel plants, paper and pulp industries; rayon and staple fibre plants; and copper, zinc smelter TiO2 plant, etc. Liquids handled: polypropylene can handle more than 560 types of chemicals like ammonium chloride/pickling, concentrated HCL acid, calcium sulphate, caustic soda, cynic acid, ferric nitrate, phosphoric acid and many more.
