UCW Gears LLP manufactures a wide range of Gears – straight bevel gears, spiral bevel gears, differential gears and crown wheel and pinions – mainly geared to the automotive / agro industry from large tractors to the smallest 3 wheelers. The range includes: assortment of gears for different size rotavators; differential gears for electric cars; straight bevel differential gears for 3-wheeler vehicles; special curvic coupling gears for heavy duty transmissions; various types of hubs for automotive clutches; complete gear assemblies for 3 wheelers; hypoid spiral bevel gears for trucks; LOP gears for tractors; PTO gears for tractors; differential gear housings for 3 wheelers; spiral bevel gears for diaphragm pumps; spiral and straight bevel gears for 20 and 28 HP tractors; and differential straight bevel gears for tractors. Originally part of the Jamal Group, UCW Gears LLP now stands as a separate entity. The UCW Group consists of two Divisions: Universal Carburizing Works Pvt Ltd, a leading specialist in the process of Heat Treatment and UCW Gear division producing a range of spiral and straight bevel gears. The manufacturing facility includes heat treatment facilities of gas carburizing, hardening furnaces and sealed quench furnaces. The Gear Manufacturing Unit boasts of high quality Gleason and Oerlikon gear generating machines, broaching machines, grinding, lapping and testing machines – to produce the full range of straight and spiral bevel gears and pinions.
