DOUBLE DIAPHRAGM PUMPS

Hi-Life Mfg offers Double Diaphragm Pumps. It is air operated. It has low internal velocity to handle abrasive and corrosive slurries. Being seal-less, it is ideal for handling toxic, corrosive and abrasive fluids. Foot valve is not required, since it is self-priming up to 6 m. Its features include: explosion proof – no rotating parts so sparkless and leakless also; variable flow – by regulating the air supply provides variable flow up to 45 m3/hr; mobile and compact use any where; can run dry for some time without damage; top discharge is best for high viscous liquids and for low rate flow application to prevent trapped vapour in pumping port; bottom discharge is better for suspended solids which tend to settle out; and optional parts available – top or bottom discharge port available to reduce solid handling and gas problem.
