Diaphragm Pumps

Hydracell diaphragm pumps are manufactured by Wanner Engineering Inc, USA. They are ideally suited for high pressure applications and in process industries even for highly viscous/abrasive liquids and creams/pastes. These high efficiency, positive displacement pumps incorporate unique hydraulically balanced triple diaphragm patented design to provide virtually pulse-fee output and eliminate potentially troublesome cups, packings, seals, etc. They are ideal for difficult-to-pump applications and are available for flowrates upto 150 litres/minute, pressure up to 100kg/cm2 and temperature up to 100?C. With ability to run dry, self-priming and easy to service at site with standard repairs kit, these pumps are popular and widely used in industries for high pressure cleaning, deep hole/gun drilling coolants, ceramics, paper/ wood processing, paint manufacture and water treatment. It also pumps chemicals, abrasive slurries, solvents, viscous products, wettable powders, adhesives, soap solutions, nonlubricating fluids, etc. Different materials of construction like SS316L, CI, Al bronze, brass, hastelloy-C and elastomers to suit various applications are available.
