Aodd Pumps, Blagdon

Samtech Engineering Services offers the Blagdon range of AODD (air operated double diaphragm) Pumps manufactured by IDEX Corporation. Model B50 Metallic Pumps are: air valve designed for in-line maintenance; end ported for improved flow; pressures to 8.6 bar (125 PSI); flow rates up to 530 ltr/min (140 gal/min); bolted construction for greater integrity; and robust construction. Specifications: maximum delivery – 530 ltr/min (140 gal/min); max working pressure – 8.6 bar (125 PSI); max solid particle size – 6 mm (0.24"); air inlet – 3/4" NPT; temperature limits – determined by elastomers; suction lift (dry) – 6.1 metres (20 feet); suction lift (wet) – 7.6 metres (24.9 feet); fluid inlet/outlet – 2" BSP/NPT; and installation – surface mounted. Blagdon also has non-metallic range of air-operated double diaphragm pumps that can handle difficult chemicals at relatively low pressures and flows. Twinned with their metallic pumps, the range of applications is virtually limitless as Blagdon AODD pumps come in many sizes and choices of materials of construction.
