Magnetically Coupled Sealless Chemical Pumps

Unipump offers all-PP body magnetically coupled sealless centrifugal chemical pumps. The magnetic drive design eliminates the problems related to shaft seals, including leakage and power draining friction. Full motor horsepower is transferred to pumping power with no power loss due to seal friction. They need no maintenance as conventional serviceable parts such as shaft, and sleeve, have been avoided. The components of these pumps are made of corrosion resistant materials such as polypropylene, PTFE, Viton, alumina and carbon. These pumps are ideal for use in photo-cine plants, X-ray film plants, filtration systems, photo processing, electroplating equipments, water treatment plants and chemical process industries.
