Shakti Pumps (India) offers 50 Hz Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pump. Model SRN pump is a non-self-priming, vertical multistage centrifugal pump. The in-line design enables the pumps to be installed in a horizontal one-pipe system where the suction and discharge ports are in the same horizontal plane and have the same pipe dimensions. This design provides a more compact pump design and pipe work. SRN pumps come with various sizes and number of stages to provide the flow and the pressure required. These pumps are suitable for a variety of applications from pumping of potable water pumping of chemicals the pumps are therefore used in a wide diversity of pumping systems where the performance and material of the pump meet specific demands. The pump unit consists of optimised hydraulics, various types of connections, an outer sleeve, a top and various other parts. SRN pumps are available in various material versions according to the pumped liquid. The company offers a complete range of pumps and motors, which as a standard are made completely of stainless steel AISI-304. This provides for good wear resistance and a reduced risk of corrosion when pumping ordinary cold water with a minor content of chloride. Stainless steel means low weight facilitating the handing of pumps and resulting in low equipment costs and reduced installation and service time. In addition pumps will be as new after service due to the high wear resistance of stainless steel.
