Zeuzer Engineers offers SPE Sanitary Centrifugal Pumps designed for maximum reliability. The pumps with open type impeller can be used for hygienic applications. The design is of solid construction, with low NPSH value and can be used in the most diverse pipe system and production process. Centrifugal pump with the double mechanical seal allows process to take place under vacuum condition, preventing leakage/spoilage of products. The design is suitable for hygienic CIP systems. Extremely low vibration Zeuzer pumps are designed to give direct access to the interior therefore allowing quick and easy replacement of wear parts. These pumps are connected with standards electric motors, suitable for three phase 415/380 V, 2-pole or 4-pole, `F class’ insulation, also available with flame proof, explosion proof and with diesel engine drive, surfaces in contact with product shot blasted, polished/electro polished.
- Pump casing and front covers are investment casting of AISI-304, AISI-316 grade, eliminating blow holes and pin holes
- Open type pump impellers are of investment casting stainless steel AISI-304, AISI-316 grade
- Unique non-clogging features provide extremely high sanitary condition
- Can handle products without any operational difficulty, ensures efficient performance at the required operating points in terms of capacity and head
- No extended shaft in the motor, so no need of stand by pump
- Supplementary shaft for pump prevents the flow of liquid from the pump housing into the winding of the motor
- Pump seals are specially designed to ensure extra long silent and trouble free performance
- Provided with wide range of connection with any flange standard and union of SMS, Tri-Clamp, DIN, etc
