Multi-Stage Pumps

Marck Engineers offers Multi-Stage Pumps. These are metallic horizontal centrifugal pumps. These pumps are used for water works, boiler feed water, fire fighting, hot and cool water circulating, booster plants, irrigation and sprinkling installation and also generation of high-pressure water for hydraulic press. Design: horizontal, radially split, ring section, multi stage pump with radial impellers. The stages are sealed off against each other by gasket and clamped together by the rods and with shaft protection sleeve/shaft sleeve. Operating data: size - Marck 32, Marck 40; capacity - up to 27 m3/hr; head - up to 250 metre; pressure - up to 28 bar; temperature - up to 140°C; speed - up to 2900 RPM; material - suction and discharge casing - CI grade FG 260; impeller - CI Grade FG 260/BS 1400 grade LG2; shaft - C45; and tie rod - C45.
