Marck Engineers offers a range of chemical process pumps. The company offers a metallic centrifugal pump. This is a single stage and suction and vertical discharge radially split back pull out type of pump. Application: for handling aggressive organic and inorganic fluids in the chemical and petrochemical industries. These pumps are also used at refinery off-sites, paper and pulp industries, oil, milk, sugar industries, seawater desalination plants, absorption plants in environmental engineering, power station etc. Design: horizontal, radially split, volute casing pumps in back pull out design, fitted with a radial impeller, single entry, single stage and in accordance with PIN 24256/ISO 2858/ISO 5199. Materials: CI, SG iron, SS-304, SS-316, Alloy-20, hastalloy B. Operating data: head - H up to 150 m, pressure ? P up to 25 bar, temperature ? t -70?C to 260?C. Operating range: speed ? 1450-2900 RPM; discharge up to ? 350-380 m3/hr; and head up to ? 60-150 mtr.
