Extra Deep Well Pumps

Extra Deep Well Pumps are exclusively used for extracting water from greater depths. They are suitable for static water levels varying between 50 and 90 meters, where placement of cylinders can be up to 85 meters. While most of the features are similar to the Mark II Pump, the head assembly is slightly different, the handle is thicker and the cylinder assembly is a combination of the mark 2 and mark 3 components. The extra deep well can be provided with round or square flange pedestal instead of legs.
Construction:

• Head assembly: Side plate, back plate, front end & bottom end plates made from 4 mm thick ms plates. Bottom flange is made from 6 mm thick.
• Handle: Made from 40 mm
• Chain assembly : 7 pitch chain assembly welded with M12 internal threaded coupler.
• Front cover: Made from 2 mm CR sheet.
• Water chamber : The top and bottom flanges are made from 6 mm thick MS plate, riser pipe holder is same as in the case of standard pump. Water chamber pipe used is of 150 mm NB medium class.
• Stand: Stand flange is made
• Connecting rod: There are several options like, stainless steel and FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic).
• Cylinder: 63.5 mm. I.D.
• Cast iron or PVC cylinder with brass liner, with top cap suitable to be connected to 65 mm NB
• Riser pipe: 32 mm GI pipe of medium class with solid coupler should be used to join one pipe with the other, or 32 mm PVC pipes of heavy duty construction with coupler arrangement has been exclusively developed by aneesh international.
