Everest Blowers has introduced dry mechanical vacuum booster pumps to meet the growing demand of the vacuum industry. These are used in a growing number of applications where fast pump down times are required and environment or energy usage concerns rule out any alternative pump selection. Everest boosters enhance the performance, ultimate vacuums and pumping speeds of oil-sealed/water-ring/dry vacuum type of mechanical pumps, widely used in the industry. These boosters are highly energy efficient and provide greater pumping capacity at the least cost. The advantages are high pumping speeds, improved ultimate and working vacuums, lower power consumption per m3/hr of pumping speed, prevents oil back streaming and contamination, provides oil free working environment and high overall efficiency. Everest boosters are manufactured on imported plant and machinery to ensure high quality of workmanship, resulting in interchangeability, reliability and high performance. All the boosters are tested for leak tightness and performance prior to shipment. The rotating parts are dynamically balanced for vibration free operation. These vacuum boosters require low maintenance and are designed for continuous duty operations. The production range covers capacities from 2,000 LPM to 1,00,000 LPM in single stage and practically any capacity in parallel configuration with ultimate working pressures better than 0.001 Torr.
