Adroit Mechelec Sales Pvt Ltd introduces an import substitute award winning product electrically and pneumatic air operated HACOP motorised barrel pump. The motorised barrel and container pumps are available in MS chrome/SS-316 construction with PP/MS (chrome) SS-316/diffuser depending on the liquid. Motorised barrel pumps can handle various liquids/chemicals having viscosities up to 760 centipoise at the rate of 100 1/min with maximum head of 10 m of W/C and temperature up to 120?C. Various lengths, viz, 700 mm/1,000 mm/1,250 mm are offered suitable to handle liquids from carboys/ drums/storage tanks and vice versa. Electrical version of the pump weighs about 7 kg, and the pneumatic air operated version up to 4 kg. HACOP motorised barrel pumps can handle water, solvents, varnishes, fuel oils, gasoline, diesel, transformer oil, lubricants, mineral oils, edible oils, photographic developers, sodium hydroxide, ammonium chloride, degreasing agents, concentrated acids and electroplating chemicals. Shortly, these pumps will be available in polypropylene material with Hastelloy shaft for effectively handling most corrosive acids including dilute HCI, chrome acid, hydro fluoric acid, and phosphoryl chloride.
