Ashirvad Industries offers an automatic screen printing machine suitable for on line screen printing of ceramic tiles during glazing process. Tiles after glazing and side scraping, arrives at the machine, where a pneumatically operated spacing cylinder actuates and stops tile entering into the chain drive system if one tile is under printing cycle. The tile printing location is maintained and regulated by both side adjustable guides, chain carrier location and screen holder longitudinal and cross fine adjustment print stock can be adjusted by means of eccentric arm, printing squeeze can be adjusted for height and angle and pressure can be adjusted by means of spring loaded oscillating head. Entire machine cycle speed can be adjusted very accurately by means of internal inverter drive. Highly reliable electronic logic circuit controls complete printing cycle with no object no movement and major safety requirements. Two numbers of photocells observes presence of tile to print screen lifting for cleaning is achieved by means of pneumatic cylinder operated by a toggle switch. Machine is suitable for printing on 75 x 150, 100 x 100, 100 x 200, 150 x150, 150 x 200, 200 x 300 and 300 x 300 mm. The tile, speed ranging from 50 to 100 pieces (as per size of tile), the total power required is 1.0 kW maximum and compressed air required is 2 CFM at 60 PSI pressure.
