Winner Screen Machines Pvt Ltd offers a high speed, fully automatic Rotary Pad Printing Machine. Model Winmaxx consists of: stock feeder in which closures are dropped; elevator type orientor to provide correct oriented closures into an accumulator; rotary disc having mandrels, on which accumulated closures are loaded through a vertical chute; flame pre-treatment to enable ink adhesion; up to 3 rotary printing needs, each printing head to print one colour sharp image with precise registration; ejection to eject the printed closures from the mandrels; and exit conveyor to transport the printed closures through infrared (IR) dryers into packing box. This machine is suitable for printing: bottle closures; compression moulded or injection moulded closures; and soft drink closures.
- Incorrect-oriented closure detection in vertical chute and provision to remove it
- Online flame pre-treatment with auto ignition and flame detection
- Radial registration setting device (with servo motor and drive) for online correction of registration
- Programmable pad cleaning device for cleaning of residual contamination (e.g., excess ink or dust) from silicon printing pad while machine is in motion
- Visual inspection of top face of printed closures, and facility to divert rejected closures
- Batch counter and diverter to fill a packing box with pre-selected number of printed closures
- All bought-outs are of world class reputed make, e.g., PLC – Omron, pneumatics – Festo or SMC, and bearings – SKF or IKO
