Rotary Automatic Colour (Hot Embossing) Marking Machine

The Aeromec rotary automatic marking machine is expressly designed to mark in colour all types of polyethylene pipes, rigid PVC pipes and sections during extrusion process. These machines do not have any induction motor to drive (optional motor driven models are available). It requires power only for heating. Scope of marking, Model AMCC-210, is 10 mm to 315 mm outside diameter of pipes. The marking is done at every one metre on the pipes/sections by using pantorgraphed brass/SS stereos (stamps) fixed on the heater body. The stereos are heated by using electronic percentage differential circuit, which adjusts the temperature. It is designed to colour mark by adjusts using a coloured polyester tape placed between the stereos and the pipes/sections to be marked. Option of periodical marking can be given with special electronic equipment and an apparatus with pneumatic working. Periodical marking can be set up to 3 digit. Other Aeromec models are available with (1) automatic sequential counter with 3 or 4 digits; and (2) up to 7 digits coder (hand operated). Specifications: characters (stereos) size maximum 8 mm; printing speed maximum 45 m per min without polyester tape 90 m/per min; dimensions – H 1.5 m x W 0.9 m x D 0.8 m; and total weight approximately – 200 kg.
