The machine is manufactured by making use of the best grade raw materials, heat treated and hence with clear and legible marks. In addition to this, these marking systems are capable of handling high volume and repetitive items with high productivity. Models available are RP-50 and RP-100 in pneumatic operation; and RH-200 and RH-500, with hydraulic system. For pneumatic systems the operating pressures are 5 to 6 kg/cm² and for the hydraulic, 50 to 60 kg/cm². The tonnage standards available are as follows: 2 tonnes for RP-50 and RP-100 and 4 tonnes for RH-200 and 10 tonnes for RH-500. Optional for RH-200 is 6 and 8 tonnes and for RH-500, 15 tonnes. Cushion provided is 7 mm for R-50 and RP-100 and 20 mm for RH-200 and RH-500. The standard ram strokes provided are 75 mm for RP-50 and RP-100 and 100 mm for RH-200 and 200 mm for RH-500. Optional ram stroke is also available: 125 mm for RP-50 and RP-100 and 150 mm and 200 mm for RH-200 and 250 mm for RH-500. The marking data is unique for these roll marking machines. The maximum number of lines is 2 for RP-50 and RP-100 and 4 for RH-200 and 6 for RH-500. The maximum character sizes are 3 mm for RP-50, 4 mm for RP-100, 6 mm for RH-200 and RH-500. The standard controls are pneumatic for RP-50 and RP-100 and electrical contactor for RH-200 and RH-500.
