To avoid vibration on the machine, the frames are supported by graded castings with sufficient weight. Components such as rollers are made of copper pipe for sharp printing results. The blanket cylinder and segment cylinder made from grade castings with 80 microns of hard chrome plating, serve for better printing. A centralised lubrication system is provided to lubricate important points in the machine.
