Paper Bag Making Machines

Regent Technofab has introduced Regent series of Paper Bag Making Machines in three models, viz., Mini, Medium and Jumbo. These machines are designed to meet all requirements of paper bags, both flat as well as satchel type (with side gussets) made from Kraft paper, glassine, butter paper, sulphite paper, chromo art paper, etc. The bags could be produced without printing or with flexography printing in one to four colours, if so required. The printing and bag making done in a single process and paper bag is delivered duly printed. These bags can be converted to paper carry bags by manual process of fixing of handle. Heavy-duty special bags with two or more layers also can be made which is used in packing of cement, rice, flour, etc., with a few minor alterations and attachments. These machines are built to eliminate all causes of vibrations and special steel gears are used for smooth running and longer life. Special rollers and ball bearings are employed for trouble free performances. Simple mechanical brake helps continuous tension. Provided with side adjustments of ±5 cm, the mill roll can be set while the machines is running and jumping rollers remove any crease in the web and control smooth running. The machines are capable of producing bags of different sizes by changing plates and gears, which is very easily accomplished within 10-15 minutes.
