Pad Printing Machine, Fully Automatic

Indus Engineering has announced the launch of its multistage, closed cup fully automatic pad printing machine. The machine is electro pneumatic and is designed to print on two parallel sides of a component. The machine is equipped with a feeder where the component is loaded and is picked by a pneumatic shuttle and carried to first stage of printing. Then the printed component is picked by the shuttle, rotated 180? and fed to second stage of printing, on the opposite side of the component. These machines are suitable for printing in high volumes and can be used with vibratory bowl feeder or modified fixtures, to print on MCBs, bottle caps, switches, IC bases and other components. This machine can also be used for two-colour printing. The company also offers standard models of table top and stand alone machines of both closed cup type and open trey models.
