The MultiPASS-C20 from Canon offers photo-realistic output at 720 x 360 dots per inch (DPI) as well as up to five pages-per minute (PPM) monochrome printing speed and up to two-pages-per-minute colour printing speed. The plain paper fax function offers the same features to those found on Canon's stand-alone facsimiles including 14.4 K bps transmission and one-touch faxing. Multitasking is made possible by a memory of up to 42 pages allowing incoming messages to be stored while the unit is performing printing or copying functions. The MultiPASS-C20 also copies at 360 DPI using Canon's exclusive UHQ (Ultra High Quality) and smoothing algorithms. With the MultiPASS-C20's scanning capabilities, photos, text logos and line art can be scanned into PC for high quality monochrome images up to 400 DPI. This unit also features 256 levels of grayscale for enhanced detail of these scanned images. The MultiPASSC20 offers superior software, giving users the tools to produce high quality materials.
