Marktronic Markmate

Chematech Industries source marktronic markmate from marks pryor to supply as workshop dot marking machine to the clients. It has been designed to offer the flexibility and benefits of dot marking technology in a cost effective and easy-to-use package. It consists of three basic building blocks as marking head, base and column and the controller. The marking head is available in a large size of 100 x 75mm that is driven by an accurate lead-screw arrangement. The dot marking machines offers 9 levels of force to choose from for deeper mark. Its marking stylii are available in a range of lengths to suit different applications. The base and column provide the manual z-axis adjustment as per the components of differing heights.
Controller is a separate unit to ensure protection from the mechanical shock loading of the marking operation. Its easy to use software allows for 5 font types and up to 1350 layouts to be stored. The software is available in various languages including english, french, german, spanish, swedish, finnish and italian and it also contains features such as serial numbers, date and time marking, password protection. The marking machine comes with a comprehensive 12 months parts and labour warranty along with additional optional maintenance contracts as per the clients' requirements.
