Marks Pryor Marking Technology, the 50:50 joint venture between Edward Pryor & Son Ltd of the UK and Marks is gearing up to offer customised marking solutions to the industry with a motto of ‘global supply local support’ and has set-up state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Pirangut, Pune. Edward Pryor & Son also has a 50:50 joint venture in the US and a wholly-owned subsidiary in France. It has two plants in the UK, which caters to over 70 countries worldwide. Features of MarktronicTM 3000 SilentScribeTM: quite operation; continuous line characters; tolerant to uneven surfaces and variable contours; high speed marking; adjustable marking depth up to 0.7 mm; column mounted or integrator versions available; interfacing options, USB, RS232, Ethernet, and digital I/O. MarktronicTM 3000 SilentScribeTM LS models: the LS scribe units feature a high precision ball screw XY mechanism with a pneumatically operated diamond tipped stylus. MarktronicTM 3000 SilentScribeTM MS models: the MS scribe units feature a high precision ball screw XY mechanism with a pneumatically operated Solid carbide tip which produces a more heavy duty, wider and deeper mark. MarktronicTM 3000 SilentScribeTM HS models: the HS scribe units are designed for deep scribe marking in the most demanding industrial applications. Developed primarily for VIN marking on vehicle bodies. The HS SilentScribe features a high power pneumatic assembly with solid carbide tip. The high speed, high torque motors ensure a deep, fast and quiet mark on wide range of materials.
