3D Layout Marking & Measuring Machine

Jash Precision Tools manufactures Adroit 3-axis Layout Marking and Measuring Machine (3D LMM) for marking out and measuring large and complex jobs. The machine is essentially a vertical column and a horizontal arm, which can move in all three axes, i.e., X, Y and Z. The column and arm of the machine made of aluminium alloy are provided with hardened steel guides, which ensure prolonged life of the machine and consistent accuracy. Various types of scribing attachments fixed to the moving horizontal arm cover complete marking needs in a single job setting. This results in a reduced cycle time, lower operational cost, consistent result and increased productivity. Adroit machines are equipped either with analogue scales and adjustable vernier reading system or digital readout system for 3 axes. In conjunction with a touch trigger probe and suitable electronic hardware and PC based software it offers an economic 3 axes co-ordinate measurement solution particularly for large components/parts. This horizontal arm machine is also used as 3D-CMM when it is interfaced with an IBM-compatible PC-Pentium for calculating and storing result through a very intuitive and user friendly Windows based software. Digital scales with linear encoders of different resolution and Renishaw UK made probes and accessories are used in the machine. The company offers Windows based 3-D geometric inspection software with various optional application software with links for CAD/CAM, reverse engineering, SPC (statistical process control), tube and pipe inspection, etc. The machine is offered in manual, joystick driven motorised and CNC versions. The company offers a wide range of standard sizes in all three versions, viz., manual, motorised and CNC. Sizes other than standard can also be offered to suit the specific need of customer.
