Features: DPSSL adopted as laser source, high o-o conversion efficiency (> 40%); no any ink needed, small size, light weight and a compact design; available for automation production line; and continuous duty machine suitable for 24 hours production. Applications: electronic components, IC, hardware tools, garden tools, automobile parts; medical instruments, glasses, clocks, instrument measuring appliances; instrument seals, mobile pressed keys, jewellery, presents; rubber, PVC, seals, outer covering, aluminium castings, mouldings, packaging of food and medicines; and marks – patterns, logos, text, barcodes, datamatrix codes and other graphics. Suitable materials: common metals (Fe, Cu, Al, Mg, Zn, etc), rare metals (gold silver, Ti, Pt, etc), special surface treatments (electroplate, phosphide, anodic oxidation, etc), ABS, plastics, material covered with paints and inks.
