Laser Marking Inks

Stamp 'It CNC has introduced Laser Marking Inks from Thermark for use with CO2 lasers to get black marking on bare metals. These inks are very easy to use and as a result, enhance the capacity of CO2 lasers. These are ideal solution for all those who do not have sufficient quantity to justify a costly YAG/fibre laser but still need to have laser marking on their metal components. The Thermark inks use a patented technology of laser bonding, where the high heat of C O2 laser aids to create a molecular bond between the ink and base metal. Thus marking with Thermark inks is truly permanent mark, resistant to acids, chemicals, UV, and general use. Inks are also suitable for use in medical devices, ideal for marking on chrome, nickel, gold or silver plated metals without damage to the plating. Laser Marking with Thermark inks is the only solution for marking barcodes on bare aluminium castings used extensively in the automobile industry.
