Laser Markers, Air-Cooled

The short pulse width, high power (20 W) QMark air-cooled Nd:YV04 (Vanadate) laser markers are available in IR, green, UV wavelengths. These have proven superior for: annealing – black surface marks on metals created by bringing carbon to the surface; surface etching – creating contrasting surface marks by changing the material characteristics without material removal – metals, plastics, ceramics and composites; ablation – shallow, permanent marks with some material removal – all materials; engraving – deep marks in all materials for permanence or 2D, 2 ½ D and 3D affects; and high speed marking on metals, plastics and organic materials. These laser markers provide the highest contrast marks of any marker with no surface depth or damage with its short pulse widths and high energy density.
