Label Coding/Overprinting Machine

Design Centre offers Mac fully automatic label coding machine, Model LP 300. This is designed and built as a portable table top machine for overprinting variable information like date of manufacturing, expiry date, maximum retail price, batch number or any such variable information on labels, pouches, catch covers, skillets, tickets, cards, etc. It employs the technique of rotary flexo type printing with the help of rubber stereos or nylo plates. It is very easy to set up, operate and maintain. It is a very operator friendly machine. The drive is from a state-of-the-art PMDC motor. The out put speed can be continuously varied even while the machine is running by a knob provided on the control panel. This facility allows the operator to select the optimum speed for a particular item that he is printing, without stopping the machine. It can give an output of 300 labels maximum per minute. Excellent engineering has gone into the making of these machines. It finds application among the pharma, liquor, food, cosmetic, engineering and a host of other industries where one has to do some sort of imprinting of labels etc. in house at the time of packing.
