Inking rollers

Suvichem Inks & Coding Systems has developed the inking rollers produced from wool and pad as well as from imported absorbent material. Wool and pad inking roller: the inking rollers produced from low-density wool and pad to ensure proper marking. These rollers are made chemically insert to most of the chemical and solvents. Such rollers have good storage as well as releasing properties of ink. Imported inking rollers: the imported inking rollers produced from rigid resin bonded material are ideal for a wide variety of coding application. This roller has an intricate network of omni-directional pores having the rating from 5 to 25 micrones which results for excellent storage capacity of ink and also has the property to release the required amount of ink for sharp and smudge free marking. Dimensions: the inking cartridges sizes available are - 25 mm, 35 mm, 50 mm, 100 mm length with 50 mm diameter, having internal dia ranging from 10 to 25 mm. Other sizes can also be made on demand. Laboratory testing has shown that these rollers can absorb two or more times coding ink compared to conventional rollers.
