Hot Foil Stamping Machines

Technoshell offers a range of hot foil stamping machines. Model STM-500-F comes with the following features: microcomputer controlled; pneumatically operated; motorised foil feed; well designed, simple and rugged construction; digital settings for temperature, stamping time and foil advance; easy and precise block alignment in x, y, angle and parallelism; non-contact sensors for trouble-free operation; and dual start push-buttons for operator safety. Technical specifications: stamping area – 200 x 150 mm; stamping force – 500 kgf; table size – 350 x 450 mm; job height – 200 mm max; heater – 400 W x 2 nos; dimensions – 1000 x 700 mm, 1800 mm height; and up-down movement for stamping on small and medium size flat articles. Applications: small flat plastic articles; visiting cards, jewellery boxes, name plates, logos, pen boxes, tooth brushes, jeans labels, gift articles, etc.
