Flock Printing Machine

The Flock Printing Machine comprises power supply, trolley sieve, and a high voltage jack. Power supply is enclosed in a sturdy acrylic cabinet. The front panel consists of piano switch to select three-state output i.e. low, medium, and high, and has an indicating lamp. Control intensity of lamp will be observed while selecting low to high switches. This printing machine generates static charges in flock powder. This is done while varying output from 25 to 35kV through selector switch. The flock powder thus falls vertically down on the base like cloth, wood, plastic, or paper and gives velvety uniform effect under the influence of strong electro static charges. Trolley is used for to and fro horizontal movement on flat surface. Jack is used for uneven surfaces like curve and contour.
