Flock Printing Machine

Excella Electronics offers a flock printing machine comprising of power supply, trolley sieve, and high voltage jack. Power supply is enclosed in a sturdy acrylic cabinet. The front panel consists of piano switch to select three states output, i.e., Low, Medium and High, and has indicating lamp for power On of HT control. The intensity of lamp will be observed while selecting low to high switches. The flock printing machine generates static charges in flock powder. This is done while varying output from 25 to 35 kV through a selector switch. The flock powder thus falls vertically down on the base like cloth, wood, plastic or paper, etc., and gives velvety uniform effect under the influence of strong electro static charges. These charges also lift powder back to the tray from the bottom wherever the glue is not applied. The trolley is used for to and from horizontal movement for flat surface and jack is used for uneven surfaces like curve and contour.
