Flexographic printing machine

The Pelican flexographic printing machine is a converting machine designed and developed for flexible packaging. Printable substances include HM, HDPE, LLDPE, polypropylene, polyester film and foam plastic. Salient features: all printing stations are driven by a single bull gear. Infeed system helps to maintain tension continuously and also maintains good registration. There is web guiding system on unwind. All pressure rubber rollers are pneumatically operated. Strong and sturdy heavy duty frame structure has good combination of plate with cast iron. Recycled air drying system is fitted with high velocity centrifugal fan. Duplex system having double unwinding/rewinding station enables to print two rolls simultaneously. Other highlights include central lubricating system and auto stop on web break. Printing possibilities: (front side + backside) 6 + 0 colour, 5+1 colour, 4 + 2 colour, 3 + 3 colour.
