Fabric label printing machine

Techno-shell offers a 3-colour - narrow web dry rotary offset printing machine. This machine is ideal for continuous roll-to-roll printing of garment and other labels, wash care labels, decorative ribbons, laces, tapes, promotional products etc. It offers high quality and fast production and is suitable for many fabrics and like polyester satin, taffeta, twill, polyester, cotton, elastic, etc. The machine can print 3 colours and uses paste ink and photopolymer plates. The machine is simple to operate and rugged in construction. It has features like revolution counter, auto lubrication system, auto end of roll switch-off and auto number of revolutions switch-off. Jog mode is provided for ease of setting of print registration. Heaters are provided for drying the ink before the rewinding of the roll. An AC variable frequency drive is provided to vary the printing speed.
