Macart Equipments, a pioneer in Digital Solvent Printers in India has launched Electron Head Printers. The company is India’s leading manufacturer and seller of indigenous large format digital printers (8/10 feet), cutting plotters and special purpose digital printing machines. It is also the first OEM of XAAR print heads in India since 1999. The electron head printer has a maximum speed of printing 1200 square feet per hour. The company has its modern manufacturing facility at Pune and a pro-active R&D division that ensures that the printers are always cutting edge in technology and top in line performance. It has developed expertise to manufacture in-house electronics and RIP software for their various ranges of products, and has a good service network with dedicated engineering staff and spares backup. The Picojet printers have direct online ripping facility, which saves production time and gives faster output. With compact design and low noise the printer requires only 1 kVA UPS in comparison to other printers. Their solvent proof body (no paint) printer looks new for years, has also a unique gravity ink system eliminating pump to supply ink to the print heads, saving cost and pump related issues. The printer also has an additional print head protection circuit to prevent any damage to the expensive print heads. The company is also a distributor of Fujifilm Sericol inks for solvent printers.
