Winner Screen Machines offers an Electro Pneumatic Pad Printing Machine, MX-200. It is a compact, PLC based printing machine. It is used for variety of objects with max print area of sq.cm. Features: feather touch membrane key pad; uses a revolutionised key technology, giving a long life; programmed memory for versatile print applications-possibility to adop-sealed ink cup and multi colour attachments; counting will be retained during power failure, an added advantage; program for input/output test run; LED Indication for I/P switches and O/P valves on the PLC; contact-less pad stroke control - this eliminates friction and gives long life to sensors; emergency switch to stop the machine under emergency; self aligning doctor blade system to give total plate scraping with minimum a pressure; multi-colour printing capability; option of special tray to accommodate split plate for variable print matter; machine coated with special epoxy paint to give solvent resist surface and better out look; and air consumption of the machine is in range of 100 litre/min, depending on machine model and attachment used.
