Dot Matrix Marking Machine

This system produces indelible marks by percussion – incising a succession of microdots. A large choice of characters, symbols and logotypes can thus be marked, in variable sizes and depths, on almost all sorts of materials [Metal (up to 62 HRC Hardness), plastic, wood etc.] and surfaces (flat, curved, internal, etc.,) The new MC 2000 super fast series of electro pneumatically-operated marking system has been designed to meet customer’s requirements for short marking cycles both on production lines and in other applications where there is little room for installing the machine. The MC 2000 super fast series marking head marking can be made at adjustable high speeds (up to 16 characters per second, depending on the character size). Its minimum weight and volume make this marking unit specially indicated for use in small areas or as a portable machine allowing heavy, bulky and hard-to-handle materials to be marked.
