The company offers a programmable Dot Marking Machine, Model Marktronic Multidot 3000.
- Permanent indentation marking of parts– a carbide pin which is CNC controlled indents a series of micro dots and permanently marks parts of various shapes and sizes
- Mark up to 60 Rockwell C– hardened steel components can be easily marked with a carbide pin
- Mark intricate logos– logos designed on CorelDraw can be easily down loaded through PC for marking
- Mark thin walled and delicate parts– marking pin force is negligible and delicate components such as thin walled tubes, rifle barrels, aeronautical parts, shock absorbers, locks and keys can be marked without deformation
- User friendly software– the compact ergonomic design has been created with ease of use in mind
- High functionality software with PC windows option ensures operator training is minimised and production efficiency is maximised
- The multilingual user interface allows users to choose between different character founts and type size as well as angular and arc marking, serial numbers, date and time marking
- RS232 connectivity for traceability– can be easily interfaced with PLC, PC, barcode scanners, barcode printers or a host computer for uploading and downloading data.
