Digit wheel printing machines

Techno-Shell manufactures high quality digit wheel printing machines. The printing is done by hot stamping process. Digit wheels have a wide application in automobile panels, counters, energy meters, thumb wheels, etc. The machines are pneumatically operated and micro-controller based, with motorised foil feeding mechanism. All critical parameters like temperature, stamping time and foil advance, required for excellent stamping quality, can be easily and accurately set through the keyboard. The stamping head can be leveled in the X,Y,Z, rotational and angular axis. The stamping plate movement is in precision guides which ensures perfect registration and repetition of the stamping impression. The machine is aesthetically designed and emphasis is laid on proper surface treatment and component selection to ensure long and trouble free operation. The company also has a range of hot foil stamping machines and heat transfer machines for flat, peripheral and roll-on stamping. These machines are either pneumatically, hydraulically or manually operated.
