This is a compact and ideal continuous motion ink coder (contact coder) used for coding or marking variable information such as Batch No., Manufacturing/Packing Date, Best Before Use/Expiry Date, Maximum Retail Price, Product Name/Code, Packing Details, Net Weight, Statutory Markings, etc., on poly films or pouches. The company has 10 years experience in coding and packing industry, with a wide range of coding machines.
- Printing method – Ink transfer by flexo type grooved/flat stereos, of any required size grooved stereos are inter locking type and can be changed
- Printing speed – Speed of the parent machine/100 ppm
- Printing area – 25 mm width, 225 mm length (max)/print printing media – anti freezing fast drying liquid ink
- Ink cartridge – High quality special ink cartridge is used to release the appropriate amount of ink for each fine impression which is easy to mount and lasts long in normal use
