Process Instrumentation & Controls offers a range of electropneumatic contact coders, for marking statutory information like Batch number, Date of manufacturing, Date of expiry, Prices, etc, on various packings and containers. These are suitable for coding on plastic HDPE bottles, pouches, tin containers, woven sacks, paper, etc. Each machine is compact and consistent in printing quality. It is easy to install and operate and has rugged powder coated metal body. It marks on flat surfaces and is ideal for online application in FFS machines and is mechanically synchronised with parent machine motion. It has been designed for easy and quick mounting on milk, ghee and other oil pouch filling machines. Specifications: PIC 2525 - print area 20 mm x 25 mm; PIC 2535 - print area 20 mm x 35 mm; PIC 2525 BT - bench top model; and PIC 2535 BT - bench top model; speed: up to 100 operations/minute; voltage - 230/250 V AC 50 Hz, single phase; and charge of ink - 10 ml approx and it prints more than 10,000 impressions per charge of ink.
