Advanced Industrial Micro Systems offers Batch Coder, Model BCC. This is a on-line continuous motion batch coder. It is a compact, fully automatic PLC based coding system for on-line registered printing on continuous FFS (form fill seal) machine, biscuit/masala/oil/milk/water packing, conveyor systems, etc. It is a direct replacement for ink jet printers for online registered coding on packaging machines or winder/rewinder systems. There is no need for any operator settings as it automatically tracks the speed of the packaging machine and varies its own speed to match it - offers absolute accurate location in printing repeatedly. It can be quickly installed on existing biscuit/spice/milk/oil/coffee/detergent pouch filling and other packaging machines within minutes with the specially designed bracket. Can be installed on conveyors also.
