Shenzhen Cheung Kong Equipment Company of China manufactures Automatic High-Speed Membrane Bonding Device, CHM-1060/1200. The device has a dual-track powder removal section, which has an air suction conveyer device to transport paper sheet stable with low noise. The first brush wheels are designed to sweep the dust particles from the printing surface without damaging the printing surface. The second heated pressing wheels press the powder particles in the ink on the paper's printing surface. In the bonding adherence section, the ascent and descent of the rubber pressing wheels adopt electric control, for easy operation. In the drying section, a temperature adjustable, heating pipe converts to cycling heat wind to blow the air with high speed, so the adhesive can become dry quickly. The Cutting Paper Section has a paper divider that is made up of round rotary knife and stretching wheels, for accurate page separation. The anti-curve device, in the coating section, is designed for the thinner paper, and paper cooling device. The Paper Feeding Section is equipped with high speed stream lined paper suction that ensures steadfast and accurate paper feeding motions. It is also equipped with auxiliary paper mount that can be operated while it is in full motion without stopping so it can improve output and efficiency. The built-in sensor, in the recoiler section, can detect membrane-coated surface to signal the paper feeder to send out paper automatically.
