Reel Stand For Paper Rolls

Kabeera reel stand is an independent unit made out of rigid casting. This is capable of performing uninterrupted delivery of paper web with controlled web tension through governor roller and with side lay adjustment for centring of paper rolls with manual hand wheel. More than one reel stand carries provision to be stacked on each other to make 2-HI, 3-HI and 4-HI reel stand enable to feed a number of rolls. In case of 2-HI to 4-HI reel stand the company provides reel-loading hoists to enable loading of reels. Optional features: pneumatic web tension, web guide system, expandable roll shaft – pneumatic/mechanical, web aligner, and web brake detector. Paper dust preventer brush assembly: the brush assembly has been developed to remove paper dust at reel stand (being attached at reel stand) before the paper is being fed for printing. The paper dust is being removed when paper passes through the brush, which increases the life of blanket, plates, rubber rollers and improves the quality of printing. The product is highly acceptable to the printers and is available both in manual and pneumatic operated.
