Jata Machine Tech offers Paper Cup Machinery, Model JBZ A-12, which is suitable for making cups of size 3 oz-12oz and other special sizes. The machine accommodates raw materials such as single side, polyethylene and film coated paper. Suitable paper weight is 135-320 GSM and recommended paper weight is 170-280 GSM. The machine makes 40 to 50 cups per minute. It operates in total power of 5 kW. The machine measures 2700 (L) x 1240 (W) x 1700 mm (H) and weighs 2000 kg. The electric control box measures 750 x 570 x 1070 mm. The machine has automatic control which adopts optically controlled non-contact switch. It has step-less speed adjustment and the bottom of the paper cup is sealed by heater. Moulds could be easily changed and the machine is user-friendly. Air compressors aren’t required for this type paper cup machine. The company has an eco-friendly business model and the products fall under elemental chlorine free category.
