Paper Cup Forming Machines

AKR Industry offers Paper Cup Forming Machine, PC 1000. It is suitable for shaping paper cups of different sizes ranging from 50 ml to 330 ml. It is equipped with PLC and VF drive. Punched pieces of poly-coated papers are fed into the machine, which shapes desired cups. The machine automatically performs the functions like paper feeding, sealing, bottom punching, bottom fixing, top curling and cup releasing. 40 to 50 cups can be made per minute. Machine's mould assembly can, easily be replaced within 30 minutes to produce another size of cup. The machine is designed to withstand 24 hrs non-stop operations thereby enabling uninterrupted production.
